Lloyd joined Fidens as a partner in 2013 after spending ten years in the West End with a mid-sized practice. With more than 25 years market experience, he has handled all aspects of office agency across London. He has acquired, disposed, bought & sold countless offices for West End and City occupiers of all sizes, from start-ups to large multinational blue chip organisations. Lloyd is known for his creative approach to property and as a result has dealt with many media organisations over the years. Away from the office, Lloyd is kept busy running around after his two teenage daughters, playing Sunday league football and is an avid Tottenham fan!

Jonny Levy is a founding partner of Fidens and has over 13 years experience within the property industry. Jonny specialises in development and planning consultancy for a multitude of private and institutional clients. Outside the office Jonny is an avid Spurs fan and enjoys many sleepless nights following the recent birth of his second child.

Jamie Levy is a founding partner of Fidens and has extensive experience in the commercial property industry. Jamie's clients range from FTSE 100 companies to family trusts and individual landlords. Priding himself as being at the forefront of new trends, his particular areas of speciality involve advising tech and media companies on their leasehold requirements and putting together complicated freehold, development and investment deals. Hobbies outside the office include, triathlon, endurance events (including recently kayaking across the English Channel), the mighty Tottenham Hotspur and spending time with his young family.
